Air:

At moment, there are flights from Manchester and London to Newquay with EasyJet and Logan Air.

Alternatively flights to Exeter and Bristol with car hire would be an option.

Train

Newquay train station is a 40min walk from 8 Spinnakers.

There is also the no 21 Bus from the station but it only runs every few hours.
