Welcome to 8 Spinnakers
Your holiday is very important to us. We really hope you enjoy your stay and appreciate you choosing us. It is our intention to make your holiday as successful as possible and hopefully you will return. We welcome your comments in the visitors’ book and suggestions for improvements.
The property manager is Tracey and can be contacted on 07456257421.
Tracey has prepared the apartment for your arrival and is the point of contact during your stay should you encounter any problems. We like to solve problems whilst you are here, rather than after you have left as it is then too late to do anything. Please also notify Tracey if any repairs or replacements of anything are needed.
Parking
Please make sure that you park in the dedicated parking space for No 8 and use the parking permit provided at all times. Please return the permit when you depart and leave it in the apartment. There is on-road parking nearby but please be aware of restrictions. Amtrac hand out hefty fines, also at Spinnakers.
Emergencies/Complaints
Please contact the property manager first, who will try to rectify the problem.
If still not content, please contact the letting agency.
Departure
Please vacate this property by 10am on your day of departure to allow the housekeeper time to prepare for the next guests arrival at 4pm. It is important that this time is adhered to. Thank you for your understanding.
Before your departure please do:
wash and put away all pans and crockery
strip the beds and put all used bedding/towels in the bath in black bags. Please leave protectors on the bed as we will wash these separately.
check wardrobes and cupboards to ensure you take all your personal belongings home with you
empty the bins and place rubbish in the bin store/skip outside
leave the property clean and tidy
place the door key in the key box, where you collected it from when you arrived
return the parking permit to the apartment
Please return the door keys for the building and the apartment in the key boxes, where you collected them from when you arrived.
Please use both apartment keys (top and bottom lock) to lock up.

The bin store is at the rear of the building.

The actual bin lock code is in the welcome pack
We pay per bag so please do NOT use other smaller bags and please fill the bags well. You do not need to separate waste, this will be done in an environmentally responsible way by Chenoweth. See for yourself on https://www.ctcwaste.com/about
If you have a lot of recycling: Suez recycling takes everything and is free. (Trevenson rd, Newquay)
Bin store and bin must be relocked after use.
NO dog waste in the bin - that should go in official dog bins.
There is a dog waste bin on the main road.
Please do not use the common grass area for dogs.
Please do not leave bin bags on the landing to avoid leakage stains.
We reserve the right to make a charge if we get notified that waste is not handled properly.
General
We are aware of the stain rings on the table in the living room, please do not leave the yellow bowls on there.
There are soft yellow blankets for snuggling under on the sofa in the drawers under the beds.
If you are here over Christmas there is a small tree in one of the drawers the main bed, feel free to use it.
